Round Ganache plates (Pack of 2)

The acrylic Ganaching Plates are designed to achieve the perfect flat top and sharp edge finish to your cake decorating butter creams etc. They are available in round, square & hexagan shapes at any size up to 9.5" .

The plates are designed to allow you to achieve at least an extra 0.25 of an inch for the Ganache around the side of the cake. This means that an 8 inch cake would require plates at 8.25 inches in diameter or for a thicker frosting, 8.5 inches. 

3MM Thickness 

Hand Wash all plates in warm soapy water before and after use.

These are NOT dishwasher friendly but with proper care will serve you well for a long time.
