Thank you for shopping with TPG (The Party Glitter).

We specialize in creating unique cake toppersand bespoke designed items. We use high quality materials and ensure that your item is created with fine craftsmanship.

  1. Payment via the website to be made prior to designing, making and shipping product.
  2. We accept Credit Card, UPI. Payments are required via the website.
  3. All sales are final. Please choose carefully. No refunds available.
  4. Products are made from acrylic/Perspex which is a thermoplastic. This means when it comes near heat or a flame (like from a candle), it may catch on fire. Please take extreme care to ensure your cake toppers or numbers are clear of flames. We take no responsibility for melting or scorching or breakages.
  5. Please be careful using the cake topper. It has been designed to hold it from the stem to ensure safe handling.
  6. TPG shall not be liable for any breakages, incidental or consequential damage, lost products via shipping from purchasing from TPG. Please choose carefully. We cannot refund.
  7. TPG designs, makes and dispatches the product. We use India Post, Delhivery to deliver.
  8. Each design will be made as per the message typed in. Please ensure correct spelling of your message.
  9. Each product will be shipped to the address provided. Please ensure correct address is supplied. We cannot be liable for shipping.
  10. Each product is made via laser cutting. Products are then hand finished. This means there may be small burn marks from the laser cutter or small defects, slight colour changes from one product to another. We take no responsibility if products happen to be different to shown on the website. We trust you value this is part of the craft and uniqueness of these pieces.
  11. Some of the finishes are hand-finished. This means there may be slight imperfections in the material, finishes or detail. We trust you understand this is part of the craft and uniqueness of each piece.

  13. TPG it has the right to cancel an order prior to dispatch if the order cannot be fulfilled or finish / material has been sold out. TPG will notify the customer on this occasion and try to arrange a close-to replacement.
  14. 14. Customers can cancel their order. A credit can take place in this instance.
  15. Everything on thepartyglitter.com has been uniquely and carefully designed, made and quality checked before dispatched to you. All care is taken to ensure products arrive safely. TPG products are wrapped in bubble wrap, boxed and posted. If you do not want to have your item shipped via courier, please get in touch.
  16. Please choose carefully, we will not be able to refund or exchange. If the item you have purchased is faulty, please email us at hello@thepartyglitter.com with the fault and we will gladly issue you with a replacement. We must be notified within 24 hours of receiving your product.
